Lead Storyteller – Video & Visual Content

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of narrative development from the initial concept to the final video and visual content.

• Identify and craft engaging stories that resonate across teams, customers, and missions.

• Ensure a consistent brand voice while adapting the tone for Personal, Defense, and Response sectors.

• Produce, shoot, and edit short- and mid-form video content as the primary deliverable.

• Capture additional photography as needed to enhance the storytelling process.

• Document flight operations, engineering work, customer demonstrations, missions, and significant milestones.

• Travel to aerospace, defense, and public safety settings to capture authentic real-world content.

• Collaborate confidently with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

• Adopt a documentarian approach in sensitive environments that require credibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a visual storyteller, videographer, documentarian, or senior content creator.

• A portfolio that showcases narrative strength and strong editorial judgment.

• Extensive hands-on experience in independently producing and editing video content.

• Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, real-world situations.

• Proficiency in modern video, photography, and editing tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canon C80, Mavic Pro 4, and Canon R5.
