Lead, Staff Platform Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop the foundational platform and infrastructure that supports all operations.

• Enhance the complete development cycle: local development, CI/CD, deployment, and production feedback.

• Establish and promote standards related to testing, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), observability, and secure delivery.

• Create shared tools, templates, and optimal pathways.

• Oversee secure delivery from start to finish.

• Stay proactive regarding the evolving security landscape.

• Organize repositories and tools to ensure coding agents can navigate them effectively.

• Evaluate impact using DORA metrics and qualitative feedback from engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven background in software engineering.

• Experience in designing and developing internal platforms.

• Extensive knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, IaC, and developer tools.

• Strong understanding of contemporary software security and secure delivery methodologies (shift-left / SecDevOps).

• A product-oriented approach toward internal tooling.

• Proficiency with AI coding agents.

• Familiarity with end-to-end testing frameworks, particularly Playwright, is a significant advantage.
