📋 Description

• Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives) with an emphasis on value and engagement;

• Ensure that ceremonies are held according to the schedule, promoting active participation and focusing on the objectives of each ceremony;

• Monitor the cadence, flow, and efficiency of deliveries;

• Evaluate and track the team's agile maturity, fostering continuous improvement;

• Promote collaboration, self-organization, transparency, and decentralized decision-making;

• Lead both collective and individual development initiatives;

• Oversee workflow, lead time, throughput, and delivery frequency;

• Assist the team in prioritizing customer needs and concentrating on high-impact deliveries;

• Contribute to establishing predictable, sustainable, and results-driven environments;

• Identify and eliminate technical, organizational, or communication barriers;

• Aid in conflict resolution and foster a safe, collaborative, and productive atmosphere;

• Ensure that impediments are documented, monitored, and resolved in a timely manner;

• Facilitate retrospectives and ensure that improvement actions are implemented;

• Encourage ongoing learning, experimentation, and Lean practices;

• Contribute to the advancement of agile culture within the organization;

• Track agile metrics for teams (lead time, cumulative flow diagram, work in progress, throughput, predictability);

• Prepare reports and assist managers and Product Owners with performance-related information;

• Utilize data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and team development;

• Conduct training sessions and workshops on agile methods, practices, and tools;

• Support Product Owners, analysts, and developers in understanding their roles within the framework;

• Serve as a coach to cultivate high-performance teams;

⛳️ Requirements

• A postgraduate degree or MBA in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields;

• Proven experience in facilitating agile rituals, leading ceremonies, and promoting collaborative dynamics within teams;

• Background in managing agile metrics, monitoring indicators, and leveraging data for continuous improvements and informed decision-making;

• Understanding of feedback culture and continuous improvement practices, fostering team development, learning, and growth;

• Proficiency in conflict resolution and impediment removal, with skills in mediation, negotiation, and solution-oriented approaches;

• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams, aiding in both technical and behavioral development of team members;

• Familiarity with agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, and the Spotify Model;

• Experience with agile methodologies, managing multidisciplinary squads, and overseeing project deliveries;

• A collaborative and communicative profile with facilitative leadership and a focus on results;
