This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and continuously enhance the strategy and roadmap for Curriculum & Instruction service offerings.

• Convert organizational priorities, research findings, accountability data, and school requirements into prioritized service product investments.

• Maintain a balance of innovation, iteration, and sustainability within a portfolio of service products.

• Oversee service product intake, discovery, backlog refinement, and sequencing processes.

• Monitor the development and delivery of service products alongside Service Product Developers & Providers.

• Ensure that service products have a clear scope, purpose, and success metrics.

• Track progress while identifying risks, dependencies, and necessary decisions.

• Manage Curriculum & Instruction service products such as staff learning pathways, professional learning experiences, implementation guides, onboarding and mentoring pathways, and conference learning experiences.

• Design service products aimed at enhancing adult knowledge, skills, and practices.

• Support role-specific learning pathways and micro-credential courses.

• Assist schools in the implementation, enhancement, and sustainability of high-quality academic and instructional programs.

• Ensure that implementation guides, audits, and tools are practical, compliant, and geared towards continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Research & Efficacy to translate findings into scalable service products.

• Monitor adoption rates, engagement, implementation fidelity, and changes in practice.

• Refine service products based on data, research insights, and user feedback.

• Act as the primary product partner for Curriculum & Instruction Services within internal teams.

• Provide expertise to curriculum initiatives, platform and tool evaluations, and policy discussions.

• Communicate product priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.

• Facilitate change management for new or evolving service products.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A graduate degree is preferred.

• Experience in product management, service design, program management, or a closely related field.

• Extensive knowledge of curriculum-based professional learning, universal design for learning, and instructional best practices.

• Experience in supporting or leading instructional practice improvements in K–12 environments, preferably in virtual settings.

• Capability to assess needs, prioritize competing demands, and translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.

• Experience working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed environments.

• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Familiarity with adult learning principles, professional learning design, or implementation support is an advantage.
