• Facilitate dynamic donor acquisition efforts through creative digital outreach, multi-channel direct responses, and strategic audience growth.
• Direct comprehensive portfolio initiatives to enhance lifetime value while balancing strategies for donor retention and minimizing attrition.
• Collaborate with Fundraising and Product teams to enhance donor experiences, audience segmentation, and lifecycle pathways across both acquisition and retention funnels.
• Create customized journeys to provide an exceptional experience that promotes lead generation, donor conversion, and retention within both new and existing audiences.
• Formulate strategies for upgrades and cross-selling to boost donor lifetime value.
• Manage the complete campaign implementation process, executing complex data selections and segmentation to ensure effective delivery.
• Continuously improve supporter interactions by ensuring all individual giving communications are donor-centric and consistent across channels.
• Track KPIs, generate reports, and adapt strategies to achieve revenue and volume objectives related to acquisition, retention, attrition, upgrades, and lifetime value.
• Assist in forecasting, performance projections, and ROI tracking across acquisition and specialized giving initiatives.
• Collaborate with the data team to ensure analyses aid in strategic decision-making.
• Engage in donor research efforts (e.g., user testing, surveys, focus groups) to guide program enhancements.
• Support the Audience Strategy team in comprehensive initiatives aimed at boosting donor retention, upgrade prospects, and enhancing donor lifetime value.
• Work closely with colleagues throughout Fundraising to guarantee that activities are well-coordinated, strategic, and centered around supporters.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and analyzing extensive individual giving programs, effectively balancing acquisition with retention and upgrading efforts.
• Proficient in working with detailed audience segmentation, data analysis, and managing intricate donor journeys across various audience segments.
• Comfortable handling donor KPI metrics and leveraging them to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience in managing external fundraising agencies for the execution of complex marketing and development strategies.
• Background in launching and managing paid acquisition and lead generation campaigns across diverse channels, utilizing integrated direct response tactics and applying growth marketing strategies.
• Extensive knowledge in donor retention, mid-level upgrade strategies, individual donation management, and methods for increasing donor lifetime value.
• Comprehensive understanding of supporters, market dynamics, and the charitable sector to anticipate future trends in global fundraising markets.
• Familiarity with tax-smart giving vehicles, such as the operational and strategic intricacies of Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs).
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across different departments.
