Lead - Solution Engineer, Dutch/Swedish speaking

📋 Description

• Collaborate with regional sales teams to transform prospects into customers.

• Develop and present customized technical product demonstrations during client meetings, webinars, and customer events.

• Convey product messaging through engaging whiteboard and slide presentations.

• Oversee proof of concepts and manage RFP response documentation.

• Address functional and technical inquiries from customers and fulfill their requirements.

• Conduct detailed workflow analysis and evaluate interactions between Freshworks and customer infrastructure.

• Gather, analyze, and communicate customer requirements to the central product management team.

• Champion the Freshworks brand while promoting product solutions and services to prospects, customers, and partners.

• Partner with sales, product management, and client services to implement the sales strategy.

• Educate sales teams on Freshworks products, technical details, and new product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Dutch or Swedish.

• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in a similar technical solution engineering position, ideally within ITIL/ITSM, SaaS, or software product settings.

• Background in a SaaS or technology product organization.

• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL methodologies and cloud-based infrastructure.

• Strong communication skills with senior customer stakeholders, including CxO, and internal teams.

• Experience navigating complex sales cycles within Mid-Market and Enterprise business segments.

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities.

• Proficient in high-level presentation and demonstration techniques.

• Passionate about assisting and serving clients.

• Customer- and solution-focused mindset.

• Highly motivated with a strong execution focus and an acute sense of urgency.
