Lead Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with user groups to address business challenges utilizing existing hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions for systems.

• Combine hardware, software, and network interfaces into unified systems.

• Provide guidance to executives on important technology issues and formulate functional strategies.

• Utilize independent judgment to navigate complex issues while working with minimal oversight.

• Play a role in enhancing consumer experiences.

• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in information technology related to architecture/engineering, information security, or another specialized technology area.

• A strong desire to contribute to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.

• A minimum internet connection of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for home or hybrid associates.

• Recommended connection types include wireless, wired cable, or DSL.

• Satellite, cellular, and microwave connections are allowed only with prior leadership approval.

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
