Lead Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design of comprehensive analytics and data solutions for clients.

• Oversee a team responsible for developing these solutions.

• Facilitate discovery and requirements gathering sessions.

• Convert business objectives into technical architecture.

• Assist delivery teams during the implementation process.

• Create architecture diagrams and technical design documentation.

• Collaborate with project managers and engagement leaders.

• Mentor and review the work of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers.

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal capabilities: reusable frameworks and architectural standards.

• Support pre-sales initiatives, including solution scoping and responses to RFPs.

• Directly manage a team, including staffing, workload distribution, and performance evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in designing and delivering comprehensive data and analytics solutions, from source systems to reporting and consumption layers.

• Practical experience with at least one major cloud data platform (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Proficient SQL skills and a solid understanding of data modeling techniques (dimensional modeling, data vault, or similar).

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed for engagements.

• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
