Lead Software Engineer, .Net

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and services.

• Contribute to the creation of backend services utilizing C# and .NET.

• Implement robust engineering practices concerning object-oriented design, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Investigate, assess, and recommend innovative technologies to improve existing systems.

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance across all developed solutions.

• Emphasize quality, automation, coding best practices, and assist the team in continuous improvement.

• Leverage AI-driven methodologies where applicable to automate processes and boost efficiency.

• Utilize the equipment provided by the client (MacBook Pro).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional software development experience, predominantly with C#/.NET.

• Extensive experience with ASP.NET, SQL Server, RESTful services, and Clean architecture.

• In-depth knowledge of object-oriented design, common design patterns, security principles, and software engineering best practices.

• A high level of ownership and substantial hands-on experience in managing projects independently from ideation through implementation, mentoring and supporting team members, and delivering measurable impact while upholding high-quality standards.

• A pragmatic and results-driven approach, balancing process discipline with the flexibility necessary to achieve objectives.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capability to collaborate effectively across teams.
