Lead Software Engineer – Mobile Development, Crypto Wallets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Lead a small team of React Native developers.

• Influence architectural choices, uphold coding standards, and guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Design and develop advanced cross-platform applications for both iOS and Android using React Native.

• Evaluate the work of fellow engineers to ensure quality and architectural consistency.

• Contribute to backend services or APIs as necessary to enhance mobile functionality.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create innovative solutions.

• Define and manage best practices for state management, navigation, performance, modularization, and security in mobile applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with React, React-Native (particularly with Expo), Redux, and the fundamental concepts associated with these technologies.

• Highly skilled in JavaScript and ES6+.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.

• Knowledgeable in modern front-end pipelines and tools.

• Experienced with Native modules (C++), WebSockets, and RESTful APIs.

• Proficient in Swift/Objective-C (iOS) or Kotlin/Java (Android) for low-level implementation.

• Proven track record of leading or mentoring mobile engineers.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee the architecture of large-scale React Native applications.

• Strong decision-making skills in assessing frameworks, tools, and mobile development methodologies.

• Experience with backend development using Node or comparable environments, with the ability to implement or modify APIs and services that support mobile features.

• Comfortable working across the entire stack as needed, while maintaining a strong focus on mobile development.
