Lead Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee Software Engineers for various and unexpected job sites across the U.S. (Headquarters: Chicago, IL).

• Independently conceptualize, develop, and sustain essential software frameworks for service creation.

• Guide and mentor a team of developers, work in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with business objectives.

• Create stored procedures and oversee cloud development and maintenance.

• Investigate technical solutions for business challenges and produce technical analysis and design specifications based on functional requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any Engineering or related field, along with 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer or in software development is required.

• ASP.NET Web API and ODATA, along with exposure to domain-driven design and SOLID principles

• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git

• Cloud: Azure and/or AWS

• Agile methodologies and tools (Kanban, JIRA, Rally)
