Lead Software Development Engineer in Test – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establish a comprehensive QA strategy and design large-scale, reusable automation frameworks that are cross-platform.

• Lead organization-wide quality initiatives and take ownership of the quality charter for the AI sector.

• Have extensive knowledge in AI tools and model testing, and be responsible for creating scalable testing methodologies for RAG, hallucination, drift, and bias.

• Make decisions regarding test strategies, tools, frameworks, and methodologies for AI testing.

• Mentor and enhance the skills of the entire team, establish best practices, and develop a talent pipeline.

• Influence teams across functions, engage in architecture discussions, and ensure alignment of testing with business strategies.

• Accountable for the complete quality strategy at the product/vertical level.

• Develop the AI quality roadmap, mitigate organization-wide risks, and enhance scalability and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in QA/SDET roles.

• Extensive knowledge in AI tools and model testing, responsible for designing scalable test methodologies for RAG, hallucination, drift, and bias.

• Demonstrated experience in architecting large-scale, reusable automation frameworks that are cross-platform.

• Strong leadership capabilities to mentor and enhance the skills of an entire team, establish best practices, and create a talent pipeline.

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and engage in architecture discussions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of owning decisions regarding test strategies, tools, frameworks, and AI testing methodologies.
