This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Design, develop, maintain, and provide support for server and desktop .NET applications.
• Enhance and develop applications utilizing C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, VBScript, WebAPI, and WCF.
• Construct, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Access databases using advanced VBA techniques.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, T-SQL code, stored procedures, and user-defined functions.
• Provide support for Oracle databases and create PL/SQL solutions as needed.
• Configure and assist with Microsoft Replication Services and legacy Oracle integrations.
• Create and maintain web-based applications using HTML, JSON, XML, XPath, and XSLT.
• Assist with document generation and formatting utilizing RTF, PDF, FOP, and FO.Net technologies.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Develop, configure, and sustain Windows Services, IIS-hosted applications, and SharePoint integrations.
• Oversee source control and deployment processes utilizing Git, Azure DevOps, TFS, and Jenkins.
• Create and support SSIS solutions and file transfer integrations, including Quatrix and SFTP-related processes.
• Diagnose complex application, database, and infrastructure issues.
• Offer technical support and guidance to end users.
• Maintain legacy development environments using various versions of Visual Studio.
• Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Ensure applications adhere to security, quality, and operational standards.
• Robust experience in developing and supporting .NET web and Windows Forms applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access, including VBA development.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and user-defined functions.
• Experience in supporting Oracle databases and PL/SQL development.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, VBScript, WebAPI, and WCF.
• Experience with Microsoft Replication Services and legacy Oracle connectivity.
• Familiarity with HTML, JSON, XML, XPath, and XSLT.
• Experience with PDF generation technologies, including FOP and FO.Net.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office integrations, IIS, Windows Services, and SharePoint.
• Proficient in using Git, Azure DevOps, TFS, Jenkins, and Visual Studio, including legacy versions.
• Experience with SSIS and secure file transfer solutions, such as SFTP and Quatrix.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and end-user support skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in supporting public sector or highly regulated environments is preferred.
