Lead Shift Server

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Take food orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.

• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests promptly.

• Ensure satisfaction for residents and guests.

• Actively clean and reset tables.

• Complete designated side work tasks.

• Collaborate with the team to guarantee timely room service.

• Keep work areas clean and sanitary.

• Adhere to health regulations.

• Participate in all mandatory training sessions and meetings.

• Train new staff while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Follow safety protocols to avoid accidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience necessary.

• Previous experience in Food Service is advantageous.

• Serv Safe or other necessary local, county, or state certifications.

• Ability to quickly switch between tasks.

• Take pride in food quality and its presentation.

• Maintain cleanliness in both kitchen and dining areas.

• Exhibit a high level of patience.

• Communicate effectively with a diverse range of personalities.
