This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the assigned region, coverage area, or product lines.
• Develop and sustain relationships to deliver ongoing technical and business support to designated customers.
• Hold direct responsibility for personnel management, including staffing and performance development.
• Leverage extensive knowledge in a technical field and analytical skills to implement policies and strategies.
• Lead minor projects with minimal risks and resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant experience in Services and Customer Service Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and address problems effectively.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing position.
• Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• No relocation assistance is available.
