This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of issues related to a diverse range of support services offered within the designated region, product, or coverage area.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, including their respective configuration installations.
• Develop and sustain ongoing communication to deliver continuous technical and business support to clients within the specified geographic region or coverage area.
• Includes direct management responsibilities for personnel, encompassing staffing and performance development.
• Leverage extensive knowledge in a technical field, along with analytical reasoning and experience, to implement policies and strategies effectively.
• Possess awareness of best practices and how the specific area integrates with others; stay informed about competitors and the differentiating factors in the marketplace.
• Exercise judgment and demonstrate the capability to propose alternative solutions beyond established parameters to tackle complex manufacturing processes with technical diversity and/or interdependent production cycles.
• May lead minor projects that involve low risks and resource demands.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Relevant experience in Services & Customer Service Management is necessary.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is required for this position.
• The candidate must be willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Previous experience in contract management or the planning and execution of outages in combined/simple cycle power plants is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs is required.
