This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and implement a product roadmap that aligns with business priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build comprehensive business cases.
• Convert business requirements into user stories, specifications, and an actionable backlog.
• Partner with IT teams utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies for sprint planning, refinement, and reviews.
• Conduct discovery processes including stakeholder feedback, workflow analysis, gap assessments, and validation.
• Oversee product lifecycle activities encompassing releases, updates, and feature enhancements.
• Keep abreast of market trends and the competitive landscape to guide product development.
• Outline and improve supply chain workflows related to order management, logistics, inventory planning, repairs, and global trade.
• Define and refine CRM workflows (Salesforce) with an emphasis on customer experience and case management.
• Proven experience in product management within software, supply chain, or telecommunications sectors.
• Strong capability to translate technical requirements into product features.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations including order management, logistics, inventory, distribution, and repairs.
• Experience in customer service and support, as well as service operations.
• Familiarity with Product Management and Agile/Scrum practices such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Knowledge of system connectivity and data exchange platforms including B2B integration, APIs, Snowflake, and MuleSoft.
• Proficiency in business analytics and data modeling for structuring data related to workflows, reporting, and decision-making.
