Lead – Senior Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Take charge of QA activities for client implementations and deliver final quality approval prior to go-live.

• Establish the testing strategy for each implementation, encompassing data onboarding, dashboards, and the AI-driven analytics experience.

• Assess the completeness of client data and ensure accurate transformation from source systems through the reporting layer.

• Compare platform business metrics with clients’ existing reports and address discrepancies before the launch.

• Validate AI-generated responses against client source data.

• Create reusable automated checks for data validation and reconciliation.

• Organize and conduct user acceptance testing with client teams, compiling findings into a prioritized action list.

• Oversee implementation defects through confirmed resolution in collaboration with engineering and data teams.

• Execute regression checks following platform updates or client data modifications.

• Communicate implementation quality and go-live preparedness to leadership and client stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of QA/Software Testing experience for Senior QA Engineer level, or 8+ years for Lead QA Engineer level.

• Extensive experience in software testing, test planning, and defect management.

• Proficiency in SQL and data validation techniques.

• Experience with testing data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with test automation and regression testing methodologies.

• Experience in API and integration testing.

• Skill in planning and executing UAT.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as Azure.

• Experience with AI-driven applications or analytics is a plus.
