Lead Scriptwriter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Editing and final approval of scripts at every stage — from concept to dialogue.

• Searching for and selecting new screenwriters for the team. Onboarding new writers and communicating company standards.

• Implementing and identifying best practices for virality and organic reach in scripts.

• Maintaining a high work pace within the team and fostering its expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Word and text-related work tools.

• English proficiency at B1 level for reference work and communication. B2 for editing scripts in English.

• Strong understanding of dramaturgy and story construction.

• Experience with editing and knowledge of how a script translates into the final product.

• At least 2 years of experience with organic videos and/or vertical series.

• Skills in Final Cut and Final Draft are an additional advantage.

• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.

• Adaptability and quick response to changes.

• Independence and a sense of responsibility.

• An AI-first approach — using tools like Claude and ChatGPT as daily work instruments rather than rare experiments.
