Lead SCADA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Make informed decisions on product direction by leveraging customer feedback and interdepartmental communication to ensure a balance between our innovative products and output efficiency.

• Offer training and mentorship to Graphics Engineers.

• Delegate projects and tasks to Graphics Engineers.

• Effectively communicate project statuses to the Engineering Manager and Project Managers.

• Ensure that project timelines for graphic requirements are adhered to.

• Complete all graphic design and development within the designated time frame.

• Create visually appealing, dynamic, user-friendly, and modern graphic solutions for building operators, in line with client or company standards.

• Conduct thorough reviews and maintain an understanding of design support, including logging and tracking projects and their statuses.

• Assist project managers and control technicians in designing graphics for their respective projects.

• Facilitate the delivery of graphics to job sites to meet completion timelines.

• Must be capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple design projects simultaneously.

• Identify quality control issues and promptly inform the project manager and engineering manager.

• Maintain a consistent response time and follow up with each assigned project manager.

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of graphic design outputs.

• Guarantee proper documentation for the long-term servicing of clients.

• Keep revision tracking up to date for project packages to enable continuous project updates, expansions, and more.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with graphical software.

• Familiarity with DGLogik/DGLux5 Designer/EnteliVIZ Designer/ECLYPSE Designer/ENVYSION Designer.

• Experience with BAS/BMS/EMS/DDC/EPMS Systems.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• An Associate's degree or 1-2 years of vocational technical training.

• 1-2 years of experience in building automation.

• Knowledge of various programming languages is a plus (e.g., Python, C++, etc.).

• Understanding of graphics software applications such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Orcaview Illustrator, Niagara Tridium graphics, Sweet Home 3D, or similar tools.
