Lead Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for Salesforce production issues (P1/P2).

• Lead the triage of incidents, troubleshooting efforts, and root-cause investigations.

• Address complex challenges across Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, security, and data management.

• Collaborate with Systems, Integration, and Security teams on issues spanning multiple platforms.

• Assist with releases, hotfixes, and modifications to the production environment.

• Analyze support ticket trends and implement platform enhancements.

• Provide mentorship to developers and support engineers on best practices.

• Conduct Salesforce administration tasks, which include managing profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules, as well as supporting user access, troubleshooting permissions, and overseeing license usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience with Salesforce, including production support.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce security protocols.

• Experience in supporting integrations and enterprise-level Salesforce environments.

• Demonstrated capability to lead incident triage and root cause analysis initiatives.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is preferred.
