This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Consistently meet revenue objectives to ensure the company achieves its financial goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Precisely predict quarterly and yearly revenue figures for the designated region.
• Oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, establish expectations, provide guidance, and prioritize initiatives.
• Ensure the team is accountable for developing a robust pipeline and effectively managing each stage of the sales process.
• Mentor the sales team to identify customer needs, cultivate advocates, present targeted use cases, and negotiate advantageous pricing and terms.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading front-line software sales teams.
• At least 3 years of proven success in team leadership within the Public Sector – SLED.
• Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Residency in the Northwest Region of the US (CO, WA, or IL) is required.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Preferred qualifications include over 7 years of direct and/or channel sales experience with large enterprises or in the Public Sector.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in rapidly evolving environments.
• A highly professional demeanor and polished presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills.
• Familiarity with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger methodologies is advantageous.
