This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Design, construct, and sustain robust data structures (data marts and star schemas) specifically tailored for RevOps metrics and performance reporting.
• Act as the data expert lead for essential RevOps systems such as Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Gong, and Chorus, ensuring that data extraction is precise, accurate, and optimized for analysis.
• Create, refine, and maintain complex SQL queries and data logic utilizing DBT on Snowflake to facilitate RevOps reporting.
• Develop, create, and manage sophisticated Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize critical revenue performance indicators and assist in strategic decision-making.
• Employ advanced analytical methods, including AI/ML concepts, to improve forecasting, segmentation, and process optimization within the revenue funnel.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT departments to transform business requirements into technical data solutions.
• Ensure the integrity, reliability, and accuracy of revenue data across all integrated RevOps platforms.
• Document data flows and business logic, maintaining high standards through peer review of data transformation code.
• Diagnose data discrepancies and address systemic data quality issues within RevOps systems.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, with substantial time dedicated to a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence role in a SaaS company.
• Extensive expertise and working knowledge of essential RevOps platforms and their data models, including Salesforce (required), Revenue Intelligence, Clari, Outreach, Gong, and/or Chorus.
• Proficiency in RevOps data tools, including DBT, Snowflake, and advanced SQL.
• Strong foundation in structuring and organizing RevOps data (e.g., star schemas, data marts) for business metrics and KPIs.
• Proven ability to create high-impact visualizations and reports using Tableau.
• Demonstrated capability to convert intricate revenue strategies and business processes into scalable, dependable data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with a track record of effectively partnering with both technical (Data Engineering/IT) and non-technical (Sales/Marketing) stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or Computer Science).
