This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Responsible for leading client-facing meetings, which includes developing agendas, issue logs, report packages, and supporting materials to promote effective discussions.
• Oversees team metrics, encompassing individual productivity, quality measures, and client-specific service level agreements.
• Works in partnership with HMS Shared Services to finalize the onboarding process for new clients, staff allocations, and point solutions.
• Ensures staff are aligned with the appropriate shifts to meet client expectations regarding hours of operation.
• Reviews and approves all employee time records, including time-off requests, client billable hours, and overtime.
• Develops and maintains the unit budget along with key performance indicators for utilization.
• Coordinates with RC Analytics and IT to guarantee that essential reporting is both accurate and current.
• Collaborates closely with the Human Resources Team and DBO Leadership Team on staff performance issues and concerns.
• Must have current permanent U.S. work authorization.
• A minimum of 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience in a multi-facility, integrated healthcare delivery system, or relevant consulting experience is preferred.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a multi-facility, integrated healthcare delivery system or consulting experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
