This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of workforce planning, capacity modeling, and the resourcing strategy for our clinical function.
• Develop forecasting models, capacity plans, and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency.
• Establish the necessary tools, processes, and rhythms for effective business resourcing.
• Manage daily resourcing decisions to ensure the clinical team operates smoothly.
• Report directly to the Head of Clinical Operations with the potential for broader Resourcing leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, resource management, or operations management, particularly in forecasting or capacity modeling.
• Experience in managing, mentoring, or developing at least one direct report.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling); familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Comfortable using workforce planning tools and customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, or similar).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing new processes from the ground up, rather than merely executing existing ones.
• Background in leading change management efforts—introducing new tools or methodologies to an established team and fostering adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities, including the capacity to influence senior leaders across Clinical, Finance, and People, whom you do not directly manage.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
