This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery process for intricate analytical workstreams, from defining the problem to providing final insights.
• Convert complex data sets into straightforward, actionable insights and recommendations for client decision-making.
• Create executive-level narratives, visualizations, and presentations that effectively convey key findings.
• Structure insights to support strategic decision-making and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure the accuracy of data, methodological consistency, and adherence to delivery standards.
• Review and validate the analytical work produced by Senior Analysts and Analysts to uphold quality and rigor.
• Keep comprehensive documentation of methodologies, data transformations, and analytical assumptions.
• Oversee analytical workflows to guarantee timeliness, efficiency, and risk management.
• Design templates, standard modules, and reusable analytical assets for current and future projects.
• Identify chances to enhance analytical processes, methodologies, and standardization.
• Assist in evaluating the analytical feasibility, complexity, and effort required for proposed workstreams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure that analytical outputs meet project objectives.
• Over 5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, research, or a related discipline.
• A degree in analytics, data science, economics, statistics, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing complex analytical workstreams from problem framing to delivery.
• Strong foundation in quantitative analysis, data interpretation, and quality assurance.
• Experience in client-facing or stakeholder-facing roles.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or comparable analytical programming tools.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong capability to translate complex data into clear insights, narratives, and decision-support recommendations.
• Experience in producing client-ready visualizations, presentations, and analytical storytelling.
• Ability to handle multiple components of analytical workstreams with a keen attention to detail and quality control.
• Proven ability to navigate uncertainty while balancing analytical rigor, speed, and client context.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring analysts and contributing to reusable analytical frameworks or best practices.
• Familiarity with workforce analytics, skills data, HR technology, or labor economics is an advantage.
