This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.

📋 Description

• Developing and publishing job advertisements across various job platforms

• Leveraging professional online resources to identify potential candidates

• Establishing a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates

• Conducting pre-screening phone interviews and video assessments with candidates

• Inputting potential applicants into the applicant tracking system

• Presenting candidates to the management team

• Managing multiple job openings concurrently

• Dispatching recruiting emails featuring current job opportunities to candidates

• Offering administrative assistance to the management team

• Engaging in a weekly company conference call

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships

• Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities

• Should be a self-starter and exhibit resourcefulness

• Capable of working effectively and professionally in a fast-paced setting

• Must maintain a positive attitude focused on business development

• Proactive and independent, with a strong ability to take initiative
