Lead QA Engineer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead, coordinate, and mentor the QA & Test team in their daily tasks.

• Assess requirements for intricate manufacturing processes.

• Develop test cases methodically utilizing test analysis methodologies.

• Generate both functional and non-functional, as well as integration test cases.

• Execute test cases and evaluate test outcomes.

• Implement automated testing solutions.

• Establish testing protocols.

• Conduct comprehensive regression testing.

• Identify sources of errors and document defects.

• Communicate and monitor any quality risks, gaps, or issues.

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to offer prompt and meaningful feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a QA Lead with a solid understanding of all aspects of an agile development process.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Quickly grasp new and complex subjects.

• ISTQB Foundation certification is preferred but not essential.

• Ideally possess experience in functional and integration testing within an agile context.

• Preferably have prior experience in test automation.

• Exhibit precision, thoroughness, and attention to detail consistently while seeking ways to enhance and advocate for quality.

• Excellent communication skills: clear, concise, empathetic, and unambiguous.

• Practical experience with Python, Playwright, and Robot Framework.

• Possess the ability to focus on both minute details and the overall perspective.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• A true team player.

• Strong work ethic with a genuine “can do” attitude.
