Lead Project Manager – Engineered Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Accountable for project delivery, profit and loss management, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of project-related activities and resources.

• Responsible for planning and executing departmental operations or concentrating on the execution of professional activities within a specific technical discipline.

• Ensures that project implementation, work packages, and constraints are accurately integrated into the project's planning scenario.

• Monitors progress and produces precise projections.

• Guarantees that other functions have access to accurate, up-to-date reports and ensures that relevant reports are available for the customer.

• Includes direct management of personnel, encompassing staffing and performance development.

• Leverages extensive knowledge in a technical discipline, along with analytical thinking and technical experience, to implement policies and strategies.

• Serves as a resource for colleagues with lesser experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED coupled with a minimum of 6 years of experience in project management.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of making sound decisions in complex scenarios.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

• PMP Certification.
