This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing small projects (fewer than 5 countries and/or limited services) and medium-sized projects (5-15 countries and/or full service) with general supervision, primarily responsible for delivering project outputs that meet established quality standards, within the designated timeline and budget.
• Acting as the co-manager for complex international projects/programs, with a shared responsibility for ensuring project outputs align with the predefined quality standards, delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Commitment to upholding and promoting delivery and service principles while engaging with PSI customers.
• Leading the project team effectively.
• Providing training, mentoring, and coaching to study team members.
• Engaging in feasibility assessments.
• Supporting business development activities, including crafting proposals, preparing client presentations, and participating in bid defense meetings.
• Executing company-standard practices and ensuring compliance with interdepartmental procedures.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the clinical research industry.
• At least 2 years of project-level experience in clinical project management, encompassing all project phases from initiation to completion.
• Experience in Oncology is preferred; knowledge in Gastroenterology and/or radiopharmaceuticals is considered advantageous.
