This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of IT integration initiatives, encompassing due diligence, Day 1 preparedness, and post-closing actions.
• Take ownership of the integration across infrastructure and network components (connectivity, data center/cloud, end-user computing, security dependencies).
• Lead the strategy and implementation of data migration, covering patient, provider, and operational data across various systems.
• Manage the integration of clinical platforms, including EMR/EHR and Practice Management Systems (PMS), ensuring both business and clinical continuity.
• Create and oversee integrated program plans, which include scheduling, budgeting, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Establish and maintain governance for program execution, focusing on RAID management, dependency tracking, and escalation protocols.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to guarantee alignment with enterprise standards and integration frameworks.
• Deliver executive-level updates on integration status, risks, financial metrics, and value realization.
• Recognize and address risks associated with data integrity, infrastructure transitions, and clinical disruptions.
• Facilitate coordination among internal teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Generally requires over 10 years of relevant experience.
• More than 10 years of experience in IT project or program management.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technology integrations during mergers and acquisitions (from due diligence to integration execution).
• Strong technical expertise in: Infrastructure platforms (cloud, data center, end-user computing).
• Network architecture (LAN/WAN, connectivity, security).
• Methodologies for data migration and system integration.
• Practical experience with EMR and Practice Management Systems (PMS) in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Proven track record of managing large, intricate, multi-workstream programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at the executive level.
• Experience within healthcare delivery environments (ambulatory, specialty care, or provider networks).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (HIPAA, data privacy, audit/compliance guidelines).
• Familiarity with enterprise tools (ServiceNow, Planview, LeanIX, etc.).
