• Spearhead intricate Professional Services delivery programs that encompass multiple simultaneous workstreams, key customers, and Authorized Partners.
• Take ownership of strategic account engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and internal leadership during the entire engagement lifecycle.
• Lead executive-level communication, ensure stakeholder alignment, manage risks, and resolve escalations for high-profile customer initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Professional Services leadership to synchronize delivery execution with overarching customer success and business goals.
• Assist Professional Services personnel by managing and executing large-scale project and program plans to ensure successful completion.
• Cultivate and enhance cross-functional relationships throughout the organization and with Authorized Partners to optimize delivery coordination and improve customer outcomes.
• Facilitate intricate requirements gathering and strategic planning sessions with diverse project teams, customers, and executive stakeholders.
• Create integrated roadmaps, governance frameworks, timelines, and communication strategies that promote accountability and set realistic expectations.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance delivery processes, boost operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and support organizational scalability.
• Conduct post-mortem analyses on projects and programs to evaluate outcomes, document lessons learned, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to organizational initiatives, operational programs, and other responsibilities essential for driving team and business success.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in project management activities.
• At least 3 years of dedicated project management experience, either as a primary role or as part of another position's responsibilities.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing strategic or enterprise customer engagements with executive-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to lead within highly collaborative, cross-functional, and geographically diverse teams.
• Strong project and program management skills, encompassing ownership of integrated project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
• Proven ownership and accountability for results throughout the entire project and program lifecycle.
• Ability to influence without authority and foster alignment across technical, operational, and business teams.
• Experience in navigating ambiguity and leading large initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Background in contributing to process improvements, operational maturity, or organizational transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation abilities.
