Lead Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Formulating a shared vision for product development and ensuring its alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborating and prioritizing the roadmap alongside the Product Owner within the team.

• Managing and developing the Product Owner role: mentoring, providing support in working with priorities and stakeholders.

• Overseeing the quality and timely delivery across multiple product areas.

• Coordinating interactions between teams, resolving complex issues and conflicts.

• Identifying and enhancing common product processes and standards.

• Performing the role of Product Owner for one development team.

• Ensuring the relevance of documentation in collaboration with the technical writer.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the gambling/betting industry.

• At least 1 year in a Lead role.

• Experience managing the full product lifecycle.

• Understanding of Product Discovery, Product Delivery, and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals and experience working with stakeholders at various levels.

• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, SQL) to effectively collaborate with the development team.

• Experience managing distributed teams with a high level of self-organization.
