This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and articulate the strategic north star and product vision.
• Create product roadmaps that expand market share and penetrate public, private, and international markets.
• Perform research on products, technology, market trends, and competitors.
• Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle and value narrative.
• Deliver value in iterative cycles with frequently releasable increments.
• Establish and nurture customer and user relationships, representing their needs effectively.
• Utilize user-centered design principles to enhance user, patient, and customer journeys.
• Organize and facilitate customer engagement and feedback sessions.
• Define and monitor product KPIs that align with business unit OKRs.
• Evaluate and manage third-party solutions and their strategic relevance.
• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
• Oversee demand intake, gather requirements, and develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate the delivery and release of scalable, high-quality, and interoperable solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Enhance team operations, delivery predictability, quality, and efficiency.
• Create and maintain product collateral for communication, sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
• Monitor and improve the ROI, revenues, and costs associated with the product team.
• Prepare business cases tailored for executive audiences.
• Support sales initiatives through collateral, training, and prospect-pitch assistance.
• Mentor and coach product managers and product owners.
• Foster an inclusive and psychologically safe team environment while supporting direct reports.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, influence, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong focus on user/customer needs.
• Proficient in problem-solving and generating options.
• Excellent time-management and organizational capabilities.
• Adaptable and resilient in a constantly evolving environment.
• Proven experience as a SaaS Product Manager with measurable value delivered.
• Experience in delivering AI/data-related products.
• Experience leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and collaborating with AI-enabled development teams.
• Familiarity with agile, scaled agile, and waterfall project delivery methods.
• Background in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!
• Experience in scaling products on an international level.
• No specific qualifications are mandatory; however, a degree or equivalent certifications in product, project management, business, or technical disciplines are beneficial.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence required.
• Capability to obtain UK Security Clearance.
• Successful completion of vetting and reference checks.
