Lead Product Manager – Platform, SDK

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the product strategy for essential game systems, including player accounts, compliance, social interactions, and additional systems.

• Contribute to the development of the social aspects of our games (e.g., referral systems, chat functionalities, guilds) transforming our games into environments where genuine communities thrive.

• Establish strong collaborative relationships with leadership across both game and partner teams, aligning business objectives with technical implementation.

• Navigate the most challenging prioritization decisions when the team faces competing demands, providing structure and tranquility amid conflicting priorities.

• Link your team's efforts to the overarching platform strategy and effectively communicate progress to senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in independently managing complex products from inception to completion, demonstrating sharp prioritization skills in dynamic environments.

• Background in working with consumer-facing services (such as accounts, identity, or social systems), preferably at scale.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to engage credibly with engineers on system design and tradeoffs, without needing to be the foremost expert.

• Strong instincts for cross-functional collaboration, successfully creating alignment among teams with differing perspectives and delivering high-quality results.

• Capacity to clarify ambiguous situations involving competing priorities, understanding which issues to address first and the rationale behind those decisions.

• Effective and confident communicator, with experience in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Preferably experienced in or supporting game development (especially in free-to-play mobile games or other scaled consumer applications).
