Lead Product Manager, Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the product vision of an internal payment platform.

• Propel initiatives for optimizing the checkout process, focusing on experimentation and enhancing conversion rates.

• Continue the development of the internal payment platform to fulfill both company and business requirements.

• Establish product timelines and objectives.

• Formulate initiatives and agree on targets across different functions.

• Develop product plans and roadmaps in cooperation with senior management and team members.

• Deliver the product strategy and roadmap effectively.

• Oversee product launch planning and set expectations for the rollout of new features.

• Foster a data-driven culture that spans from idea assessment to monitoring feature performance.

• Unite other product and cross-functional teams to attain desired outcomes.

• Assess market competition by comparing the company’s products with those of competitors.

• Introduce new complementary products to enhance the core platform’s capabilities.

• Relay product updates to all stakeholders within the company.

• Coordinate integrations and launches in collaboration with payment providers.

• Lead a team of Payment Product Managers to drive results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building payment platforms is essential.

• Experience with obtaining PCI DSS certification and a strong understanding of recurring payments and billing systems is advantageous.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within fast-paced and agile environments.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to influence managers and other teams.

• Strong business insight and a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging data to inform decision-making.
