This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire growth roadmap, including signup, onboarding, activation, trial-to-paid conversion, and in-product expansion within our AI product offerings.
• Establish and manage a high-velocity experimentation practice, maintaining the discipline to discern between meaningful results and mere noise.
• Create strategies for how customers discover and embrace new products within Help Scout, closely collaborating with the Product Managers responsible for each product line.
• Pursue significant opportunities rather than mere optimizations, as some of the most impactful growth initiatives will involve pioneering efforts we have yet to undertake.
• Develop the growth model, experimentation standards, and playbooks that empower teams across the organization to execute growth initiatives confidently, without needing to consult you for every decision.
• Provide strategic insights into pricing and packaging decisions in collaboration with product, marketing, and finance teams.
• Dedicate time to engaging with customers and analyzing data, transforming insights into actionable intelligence for the entire company.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive growth strategy throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
• You have over 5 years of experience in Product, with a proven track record of leading growth in B2B SaaS environments featuring free trials or freemium models, and you know how to guide customers to a point where the product's value is unmistakable.
• You have a passion for data and are adept at working with it. You define key metrics, design experiments, and maintain transparency regarding what the numbers indicate.
• Your focus is on outcomes rather than features; "activated teams" and "expansion revenue" pique your interest more than "launching a new onboarding flow."
• You create systems rather than just securing wins; the frameworks and playbooks you establish enhance the efficiency of those around you.
• You possess a strong fluency with AI tools, incorporating them into your work for research synthesis, strategy testing, rapid prototyping, and analyzing customer signals. You have insights into the future trajectory of these tools and their impact on PM roles.
• You recognize that when execution is cost-effective, judgment becomes the critical bottleneck. You prioritize your highest-impact hours on strategy and prioritization—defining what comes next and what does not—rather than merely overseeing the build process.
• You are an exceptional writer. At Help Scout, writing is essential, and you effectively communicate your thoughts through one-pagers, briefs, and narratives that drive decision-making.
• You lead through influence and trust; this individual contributor role thrives on collaboration where engineers, designers, and marketers are eager to work alongside you.
• You have experience in B2B SaaS and comprehend the distinctions between developing solutions for support teams versus end consumers.
• Competitive salary and a transparent internal salary formula based on market data.
• Flexible time off – you get to decide which holidays and vacations suit you best.
• A fully paid parental leave of 12 weeks for all new parents, including those adopting or fostering.
• A home office stipend to support setting up a productive workspace.
• A co-working stipend of up to $300 per month for those who opt to work outside of their home.
• An annual professional development stipend of $1,800 to aid in your growth and skill enhancement.
• If you reside in the U.S. or Canada, we provide top-tier health insurance for you and your dependents.
