• Take charge of the strategy for Envato’s customer-centric GenAI experiences.
• Pinpoint areas where AI can significantly enhance creative workflows.
• Utilize early indicators to seize opportunities through discovery, launch, and iteration.
• Gain insights into the work processes of creative professionals.
• Experiment with cutting-edge models and tools.
• Develop a perspective on how Envato can offer something unique.
• Leverage AI to prototype concepts, quickly vibe code, and engage hands-on with models.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to transform opportunities into products while balancing creative quality, usability, model performance, speed, scale, and cost.
• Spearhead the development of generative AI products utilized by creative professionals globally.
• Proven product leader with experience in formulating strategy and roadmaps for customer-facing digital products.
• In-depth, practical expertise in generative AI and generative media.
• Knowledge of models, APIs, and emerging capabilities to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
• Active utilization of AI in product development.
• Familiarity with creative professionals and their work, including designers, filmmakers, editors, and creators.
• Ability to discern between technically impressive AI outputs and genuinely useful results for professional work.
• Commercially minded; adept at leveraging customer insights, data, and experimentation for decision-making.
• Capability to relate product decisions to adoption, retention, revenue, and costs.
• Strong leadership skills to influence across Product, Design, Engineering, external partners, and senior leaders, including Executives.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in making decisions in ambiguous situations.
