This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Take charge of the long-term vision and strategy for the Domains and DNS portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial objectives.
• Announce quarterly priorities, ensuring comprehensive coverage across gTLDs, ccTLDs, and DNS offerings.
• Lead a team of 3-5 Product Managers focusing on Domain Operations, ccTLDs, and DNS.
• Drive initiatives related to pricing, promotions, gTLD/ccTLD accreditations, and bundling to enhance revenue and profit margins.
• Ensure seamless management of registry liaison, EPP modifications, ICANN policy adherence, and audits without interruptions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering to sustain a well-prioritized backlog and enhance the API/RCP experience for resellers.
• Profound understanding of the gTLD/ccTLD landscape, ICANN regulations, and registry economics.
• Familiarity with DNS architecture, EPP protocol, registry agreements, and domain lifecycle management.
• Experience in managing registry partnerships and navigating compliance responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to convert strategy into actionable operational roadmaps within a technical product setting.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of Product Managers in an Agile/EOS framework.
• Strong commercial insight: you grasp pricing strategies, margin dynamics, and portfolio trade-offs.
• Proficient backlog manager who collaborates closely with Engineering on sprint planning and refinement.
• Comfortable overseeing developer-oriented products and enhancing the API/partner experience.
• Well-organized and transparent planner who effectively communicates milestones across teams.
• AI-savvy: you seamlessly integrate AI tools into documentation, analysis, registry communications, and discovery processes.
• Coaching-oriented mindset: you cultivate talent through safe-to-fail delegation rather than a strict hierarchy.
