⛳️ Requirements

• A strategic thinker with robust product instincts and a high sense of ownership.

• An AI-native operator who utilizes LLMs, agents, and tool-use frameworks regularly, considering AI fluency as a fundamental multiplier rather than just a buzzword.

• Significant expertise in agentic systems, LLM orchestration, tool utilization, or action execution frameworks, with insight into their production deployment at scale.

• Architectural conviction: Adept in platform architecture, enabling collaboration on renderer refactoring and decisions regarding modular and composable architecture.

• Technical depth: Comfortable interacting with engineers on architecture, system design, and the foundational elements (APIs, webhooks, rendered components, data contracts, event flows) that connect blocks to downstream users, beyond just the abstraction layer.

• Ability to engage in technical trade-off discussions surrounding performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and architectural direction.

• Experience managing Product Managers while simultaneously handling individual contributor responsibilities within one team.

• Proven track record in defining mid- and long-term product strategy across multiple teams in dynamic environments.

• Strong product intuition and the capability to discern what fosters an excellent creator and respondent experience.

• Customer-first mindset with adept discovery and validation skills; combines early customer feedback with data to rapidly test concepts.

• Data-driven decision-making and prioritization approach; capable of establishing the measurement model for a surface without relying on a data analyst for every inquiry.

• Exceptional storytelling and strategic framing abilities: capable of fostering alignment and influencing group and leadership-level decisions through clarity and narrative.

• High agency: takes initiative and excels in driving progress proactively.

• Enthusiastic about mentoring others and contributing to a robust product culture.

• Committed to continuous learning and improvement, invested in collaborating to create exceptional products.

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced product experiences like AI-moderated workflows, smart logic, or agentic flows (preferred).
