Lead Product Manager – Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the global product strategy and roadmap for AI-enhanced Health Data Products, covering clinical, genomic, and operational data domains.

• Lead, cultivate, and expand a team of product managers, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing enhancement.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders across clinical, commercial, and technical areas to align priorities and ensure product-market alignment.

• Advocate for a data-driven methodology in product decision-making, establishing OKRs and KPIs that reflect measurable impact and value for our customers throughout the AI Data portfolio.

• Interact directly with healthcare customers and internal stakeholders to gain insights into workflows, challenges, and opportunities for AI-enhanced improvements.

• Ensure that each product within the Health Data product suite is backed by a solid business case.

• Assist in identifying and assessing third-party solutions, AI vendors, and integration partners relevant to the HIS domain, contributing to build versus buy analyses.

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to guarantee that products meet applicable regulatory, data privacy, and clinical safety standards across targeted regions (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, HL7/FHIR standards).

• Provide updates on progress, risks, and strategic developments to relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee cross-portfolio dependencies and integration points within their portfolio and work together with the Leads for Health Information and Diagnostics product lines.

• Represent the health data product agenda within Dedalus and to our partners and customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Business.

• Over 5 years of product management experience, with substantial exposure to data-driven AI products in the healthcare or life sciences sectors.

• Proven track record in managing and mentoring product managers; demonstrated success in building team capabilities and culture.

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles and their practical applications in health data pipelines and analytics.

• Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and align at all levels of the organization across various regions.

• Experience in defining and delivering complex, multi-domain product roadmaps from strategy through execution.

• Solid understanding of healthcare data standards, governance frameworks, and privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

• Native English speaker or possess C1/C2 English certification.
