This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of the product vision and strategy for either the Hire & Onboard or Benefits domain, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer results.
• Spearhead the discovery process and prioritization of hiring and onboarding challenges, balancing feature development, regulatory requirements, technical debt, and operational enhancements.
• Convert strategy into actionable plans, establishing clear roadmaps, desired outcomes, and success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that provide an exceptional user experience.
• Work in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Go-to-Market, to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Act as the representative for the Hire & Onboard or Benefits domain in senior stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating trade-offs, progress, risks, and impacts.
• Identify and assess opportunities to utilize AI and automation to enhance hiring and onboarding outcomes, efficiency, and decision-making processes.
• Leverage data and insights (both quantitative and qualitative) to guide decisions, evaluate impact, and continuously enhance outcomes.
• Ensure that regulatory and compliance requirements are integrated into product development without sacrificing usability or speed.
• Continuously refine product processes, contributing to best practices across the broader Product organization.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, demonstrating a strong track record of owning complex product areas from start to finish and achieving measurable business and customer outcomes.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR tech, hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, or B2B SaaS, with a solid understanding of regulated or operationally complex environments.
• Exceptional product discovery and problem-framing skills, with the capability to deeply understand customer pain points, validate assumptions, and translate insights into impactful product solutions.
• Practical experience in developing or enhancing AI-powered and automation-driven features, including defining use cases, assessing trade-offs, and measuring real-world impact.
• Highly data-oriented, adept at using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform prioritization, gauge success, and continuously drive improvements.
• Experience working in multinational, cross-functional settings, effectively collaborating with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, possessing a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to bring clarity and structure to complex or evolving problem areas.
• Strong commitment to quality, ethics, and transparency, especially when developing products that affect individuals, employment, and compliance.
• Proven experience in scale-up or high-growth environments, capable of balancing speed, quality, and long-term sustainability.
• A reliable home internet connection (or the ability to obtain one).
