This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take ownership of the core platform encompassing billing, payments, subscriptions, provisioning, APIs, and internal tools.
• Lead the experience layer, including the reseller panel, end-customer panel, and integrations such as WHMCS.
• Develop AI-driven experiences that assist users, automate processes, and highlight appropriate upsell opportunities.
• Simplify complex workflows to ensure they are user-friendly, efficient, and reliable.
• Enhance conversion rates and monetization strategies throughout checkout, renewals, and add-ons.
• Alleviate support challenges by addressing underlying issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial, and support teams.
• 5-6 years of experience in managing intricate SaaS solutions.
• Possesses a systems-oriented mindset focused on outcomes.
• Strong emphasis on an AI-first approach and mindset.
• Has experience in building or owning platforms rather than just products.
• Technically proficient to engage in discussions regarding APIs, edge cases, and failure modes.
• In-depth understanding of UX principles.
• Proven experience in creating exceptional user experiences for SaaS products/platforms.
• Sharp commercial awareness regarding billing logic, packaging, and user experience.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making challenging trade-offs.
• Familiarity with hosting/domains, reseller ecosystems, or tools like WHMCS.
