Lead Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of your domain roadmap, including presenting it at Product Leadership Team meetings.

• Identify opportunities, construct the rationale for domain-level investments, and communicate the trade-offs that leadership must consider.

• Define the research methodology for your domain and determine when validation is adequate to proceed.

• Directly engage with prospects and customers to collect feedback on both current features and upcoming developments.

• Collaborate with UX and Engineering throughout the entire product lifecycle — from requirements gathering and prototyping to final delivery.

• Assume responsibility for the quality and pace of delivery across the entire domain, and address cross-domain obstacles before they escalate.

• Lead go-to-market initiatives including release communications and enablement, in close collaboration with Product Marketing.

• Mentor other Product Managers within your domain — including career discussions — without having formal management authority.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of direct Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with 10+ years preferred for candidates stepping into a full Lead role.

• Demonstrated success in managing a product domain from start to finish, including coordinating multiple simultaneous workstreams.

• Strong skills in market research and experience in creating structured proposals for new product opportunities.

• Proficiency in various communication formats — including live presentations, written specifications, stakeholder updates, webinars, and more.

• Experience engaging mid-market or enterprise stakeholders at different seniority levels, including partners such as resellers, MSPs, or integration partners, is highly advantageous.

• Knowledge of system and device management, network infrastructure, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
