This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for legacy cloud migrations, new cloud infrastructure provisioning, and associated IT infrastructure capabilities.
• Oversee infrastructure product capabilities encompassing cloud onboarding, landing zones, tenant enablement, identity and access patterns, compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, automation, monitoring, observability, resilience, backup, disaster recovery, and platform lifecycle management.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept and discovery to design, build, delivery, implementation, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
• Convert infrastructure, engineering, operational, security, architecture, and governance requirements into product capabilities, deliverables, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize initiatives across Google Cloud, Azure Cloud, platform services, infrastructure automation, ServiceNow workflows, lifecycle governance, technical debt remediation, and modernization efforts.
• Lead and enhance end-to-end cloud onboarding and migration processes for application and business technology teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on provisioning requirements, architecture documentation and approvals, deployment planning, resiliency, disaster recovery, and access considerations.
• Coordinate cloud intake, access groups, resource build sheets, architecture and security reviews, tenant provisioning, database intake, and network security requests.
• Advocate for approved cloud design patterns, reference architectures, reusable onboarding processes, and standardized deployment practices.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve onboarding challenges involving access, environment readiness, CI/CD readiness, network connectivity, security reviews, and operational handoffs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure engineering and cloud operations to design, develop, implement, and support modern cloud infrastructure products and platforms.
• Enhance platform reliability, scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and operational sustainability.
• Discover automation opportunities to minimize manual effort, enhance standardization, and expedite cloud infrastructure delivery.
• Promote cost-effective cloud practices including usage monitoring, tagging, cost allocation, rightsizing, lifecycle management, and reduction of unsupported or underutilized assets.
• Lead cross-functional communication regarding priorities, timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Facilitate change management through stakeholder readiness, training, documentation, adoption strategies, release communications, and operational transition planning.
• Represent cloud consumers, infrastructure users, engineering, operations, application owners, governance stakeholders, and enterprise technology partners.
• Provide guidance to leadership and stakeholders on trade-offs, delivery risks, technical constraints, lifecycle exposure, dependencies, and recommended actions.
• Report outcomes, risks, trade-offs, value realization, and roadmap advancements to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Offer leadership, training, and support to Delivery Leads and Cloud Engineers.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in technical product management, infrastructure, IT delivery, cloud technology, technology operations, or related fields.
• A minimum of 3 years specifically focusing on cloud infrastructure migration product and program management.
• At least 2 years of experience in project, program, product, or cross-functional leadership roles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including cloud engineering, Google Cloud, Azure Cloud, infrastructure engineering, network, compute, storage, operations, architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, governance, analytics, and vendor partners.
• Capability to translate intricate cloud, infrastructure, operational, governance, and technical needs into scalable technology solutions and prioritized product deliverables.
• Proficiency in creating, prioritizing, and managing product roadmaps, backlogs, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Experience implementing Agile frameworks to deliver large-scale technology products within a complex enterprise environment.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including compute, storage, networking, identity and access management, monitoring, logging, automation, disaster recovery, and platform reliability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
• Capacity to exercise independent judgment and decision-making on complex matters with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and align both technical and non-technical teams.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Google Cloud, Azure Cloud, IT Infrastructure, technology lifecycle management, technical debt remediation, cloud operations, and enterprise technology governance, or strong product management expertise with technical fluency and a product mindset for complex enterprise cloud infrastructure products.
• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
