Lead Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Taking ownership of the strategy and roadmap for Ethena's learning experience: determining the topics we address, the depth of our coverage, and the regulations and regions we cater to, all while developing engaging training that resonates with employees.

• Contributing to our software roadmap by managing select features end to end and making well-justified cases for our development priorities.

• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our customers, competitors, and market dynamics, and leveraging that knowledge to inform decision-making.

• Creating exceptionally clear product specifications and content strategies that adeptly navigate complexities, effectively communicating challenging trade-offs to all stakeholders.

• Utilizing AI tools proficiently throughout your work—customer research, data analysis, content creation, and prototyping—to enhance efficiency and broaden perspectives. (To clarify: AI enhances sound product judgment; it does not replace it. We seek strong judgment.)

• Collaborating with our learning experience, design, and engineering teams.

• Managing go-to-market and enablement strategies for your products, ensuring clarity within the organization about what we are building, why it matters, and the timeline for its launch.

• Elevating the overall product function by partnering with our VP of product to refine and enhance our operational methodologies.

• Exceptional product intuition that extends to content—you recognize the importance of effective training that complements our technology, possessing a refined taste and discernment for both.

• A sharp, methodical thinker who excels in clarity, both in writing and in discussions—you simplify complex concepts rather than complicate the straightforward.

• Authentic familiarity with AI tools in your daily tasks, combined with a realistic perspective on their advantages and limitations.

• A "roll up your sleeves" attitude and comfort in navigating uncertainty.
