This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of Arch's partner-centric product strategy, treating partners as essential users of the product.
• Lead product initiatives that empower partners to achieve success with their clients through clear value, usability, and outcomes.
• Serve as the product lead for key partner engagements, ensuring that partner requirements are integrated into roadmap priorities and execution.
• Define and prioritize comprehensive, high-quality integrations that make Arch seamlessly integrate with partner products.
• Drive the development of features and workflows that enhance partner value propositions, improve joint demonstrations, and reinforce co-selling narratives.
• Ensure that partner integrations are dependable, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Manage the pricing and packaging strategy for offerings delivered by partners, ensuring they can effectively position and sell Arch.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Commercial, and Marketing teams to develop partner-ready bundles and commercial models.
• Maintain a product roadmap focused on partners, balancing unique partner needs with scalable platform investments.
• Work closely with Engineering to establish clear, prioritized requirements that cater to partner use cases and integrations.
• Navigate technical limitations to set practical partner expectations and deliver robust solutions.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management or related positions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Practical experience with data platforms, APIs, and large-scale analytics systems.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software products from strategy through execution and market launch.
• Experience in integrating structured customer feedback into product roadmaps.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while leading through periods of change.
• MBA degree is preferred.
• Experience in industrial software, MES, machine data platforms, or manufacturing ecosystems is preferred.
• Direct experience working with OEMs, system integrators, or channel partners is preferred.
• Familiarity with co-selling, partner-led go-to-market strategies, or ecosystem product strategy is preferred.
• Previous experience in growth-stage or scaling organizations is preferred.
