Lead Product Manager – AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic direction, exploration, planning, and roadmap creation for innovative AI-driven credit and fraud decision-desk experiences;

• Collaborate with Experian Software Solutions (ESS) global teams and squads located in Brazil and the United Kingdom;

• Manage the daily operations of the regional squad in Brazil;

• Foster a collaborative co-development model with ESS and the UK;

• Establish the product vision, value proposition, and guiding principles for the AI experience;

• Lead ongoing discovery efforts focusing on personas, jobs-to-be-done, and customer journeys;

• Convert AI possibilities into tangible product experiences;

• Construct and prioritize the roadmap and backlog;

• Organize workshops and alignment meetings with various stakeholders;

• Track risks, dependencies, and governance associated with AI features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in Product Management within regulated and highly complex settings;

• Experience managing products in agile environments to structure and prioritize initiatives, guide product development, and ensure alignment among strategy, technical execution, and stakeholders;

• Proficient in English for regular communication with global teams;

• Prior experience with decisioning platforms and the operational aspects of daily decision-desk processes;

• Demonstrated expertise in product discovery, prioritization amidst uncertainty, and roadmap formulation;

• Capability to convert complex challenges into clear requirements, journeys, hypotheses, and an actionable roadmap;

• Experience working closely with Design and Engineering teams;
