Lead Product Engineer – AI Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of designing and delivering AI-driven automation solutions that enhance creative production for enterprise teams.

• Collaborate closely with consultants and stakeholders to convert customer challenges into scalable technical solutions.

• Incorporate AI models such as LLMs, text-to-image, and text-to-voice into high-quality creative tools.

• Design and construct microservice-based architectures that prioritize speed, scalability, and maintainability.

• Rapidly prototype and then refine successful proof-of-concepts into dependable production applications.

• Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure seamless integration with tools like Figma and Adobe.

• Recognize repeatable patterns across engagements and assist in codifying them into reusable solutions and platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in developing enterprise-grade software within dynamic environments such as startups, scaleups, or consulting.

• More than 1 year of experience in leading technical teams, including managing and influencing senior engineers.

• Strong full-stack engineering expertise, with extensive experience in TypeScript; experience in React and/or Python is an advantage.

• Practical experience with AWS services, including S3, RDS, and Lambda.

• Demonstrated success in integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Fal.ai) into production systems.

• Capability to transition confidently from experimentation to production, while managing trade-offs and constraints.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude or Cursor as part of a contemporary development workflow.

• Experience with integrating creative tools (Figma APIs, Adobe Suite) is highly beneficial.

• Proficient English communication skills and comfort in working with customer-facing, cross-functional teams.

• A sense of curiosity and adaptability, coupled with a strong ambition to develop AI-powered products that transform creative workflows.
