This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist teams in enhancing their product decision-making processes.
• Introduce organization to intricate product challenges.
• Transform insights and data into straightforward, user-friendly experiences.
• Create user-friendly, high-quality interfaces and workflows for large-scale consumer products.
• Work closely with executives and product leaders to convert strategy into user-focused designs.
• Utilize product metrics, UX research, and analytics to inform design enhancements.
• Maintain consistency across products through scalable, tokenized design systems.
• Conduct and oversee user research, including interviews, usability tests, surveys, and A/B tests.
• Provide comprehensive documentation, design assets, and specifications to ensure precise implementation.
• Mentor and develop fellow designers within the team, sharing best practices and elevating overall quality standards.
• Evaluate impact, collect feedback, and refine experiences to boost usability and engagement.
• Proven experience as a Lead Product Designer for B2C products.
• A history of collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
• Proficiency in employing product metrics and UX metrics to inform design choices.
• Comprehensive understanding of user research methodologies (both qualitative and quantitative).
• Strong expertise in Figma and contemporary design workflows.
• Experience with design systems and tokenized components.
• Ability to generate clear design documentation.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent time management skills and a sense of ownership.
• Proficient in English (B2+) and Russian (C1+).
